  2. You can write something inspired by the prompt, or by the day’s recommended reading. Here, for instance, are the readings for today, Ash Wednesday.

  3. Turn in your writing on the Workout page before 2 a.m. PDT. Please use the username I sent you.

  4. The password to the workout submission form is Raven.
